Abstract
У статті здійснено розгляд та окреслення проблем, які стоять на шляху ефективної реалізації соціальних гарантій нотаріусів в Україні. Наголошено на важливості створення ефективного механізму реалізації соціальних гарантій, а не виключно на їх законодавчому та нормативно-правовому закріпленню, а тому вчений вважає, що проблеми варто аналізувати дещо глибше, охоплюючи всі сфери суспільного життя, які пов’язані з соціальним захистом та дотриманням соціальних гарантій нотаріусів. The article examines and outlines the problems that stand in the way of effective implementation of social guarantees for notaries in Ukraine. The importance of creating an effective mechanism for the implementation of social guarantees is emphasized, and not solely on their legislative and regulatory consolidation, and therefore the scientist believes that the problems should be analyzed a little deeper, covering all areas of social life that are related to social protection and compliance with social guarantees of notaries.
