Abstract
З розвитком медицини, біології та генетики у ХХ ст. поширеними стали наукові досліди та медичні маніпуляції над людьми. Це зумовило необхідність збереження життя, здоров’я та гідності людини, а також закріплення на міжнародному рівні універсальних правил щодо втручання в організм людини, оскільки науково-технічних прогрес у цих сферах нерозривно пов’язаний з правами людини та їх захистом у міжнародному праві. Важливу роль у процесі утвердження та захисту прав людини відіграють біоетичні принципи як керівні положення щодо дотримання етичних вимог під час застосування біомедицини стосовно людини.Scientific research and medical manipulations on human being became widespread with the development of medicine, biology and genetics in the XX century. This has created necessety to protect life, health and dignity of a human being, and consolidate the universal rules of interference with human body on the international level. For this purpose, bioethical principles play special role in establishment and protection of human rights as guidelines for ethical requirements in case of biomedical achievements application to human being.
