Abstract
Суб’єкти господарювання все частіше мають необхідність в отриманні консультації від незалежної особи (консультанта) щодо різних проблемних питань, що виникають під час здійснення господарської діяльності. Відповідна потреба стала причиною активного розвиток ринку консалтингових послуг в Україні.There is an increasing need of the subjects of the economic activities to receive advice from an independent person (consultant) in respect of the various problematic issues arising during economic activities. The relevant need became the reason for the active development of the consulting services market in Ukraine. However, subjects of consulting activities are understudied in scientific doctrine (both legal and economic).
