Abstract
Стаття присвячена аналізу теоретичних та практичних проблем, які стосуються процесуального порядку застосування запобіжного заходу у вигляді особистої поруки і правового статусу поручителя у кримінальному провадженні України, та здійснено спробу їх теоретичного вирішення. The article is devoted to the analysis of theoretical and practical problems concerning the procedural order of application of a preventive measure in the form of personal guarantee and legal status of the guarantor in criminal proceedings of Ukraine, and an attempt of their theoretical solution is made.
