Abstract
У статті аналізуються сутність та зміст досудової доповіді, значення вказаного документа для призначення покарання. Досліджуються питання впливу соціально-психологічної характеристики особи на вибір міри кримінальної відповідальності з метою її перевиховання та попередження вчинення нових злочинів. The article analyzes the essence and content of the pre-trial report, the significance of this document for appointment of punishment. The specifics and significance of such report are determine. The questions of the influence of the socio-psychological characteristics of a person on the choice of the measure of criminal responsibility with the purpose of its re-education and prevention of the commission of new crimes are studied.
