Abstract
У дисертаційному дослідженні розглянуто історичні аспекти виникнення, поняття, сутність, зміст, форми, нормативно-правове регулювання, особливості взаємодії слідчих та оперативно-розшукових підрозділів при розкритті та розслідуванні окремих видів майнових злочинів (крадіжок, грабежів, розбійних нападів, шахрайств), напрями удосконалення взаємодії слідчих та оперативно-розшукових підрозділів при розкритті та розслідуванні майнових злочинів.In the dissertation, the study examined the historical origin, definition, nature, content, forms, legal regulation, peculiarities of interaction between investigative and operational-search units for the detection and investigation of certain types of property crimes (thefts, robberies, assaults, fraud), the directions of improvement of interaction between investigative and operational-search units for the detection and investigation of property crimes.
