| dc.description.abstract | У статті розглядається фінансування вищої освіти на основі формули, що використовується закордоном. Здійснюється розподіл країн залежно від механізму прямого державного фінансування. Вивчаються критерії формул фінансування вищої освіти закордоном, в контексті їх розподілу на вхідні та вихідні показники. Виділяють основні форми фінансування університетів в Австрії та Данії. В ході дослідження зазначено особливості нового механізму фінансування у Бельгії та Фінляндії. Розглянуто особливості фінансування закладів вищої освіти на основі формули у Франції, Німеччині та Іспанії. The article deals with the financing of higher education in the sonoma of the formula used by foreign countries. It is proved that higher education plays a significant role in the development of the economy and society as a whole. The distribution of countries is based on the mechanism of direct state financing. The paper defines the main methods of financing higher education used in different countries. Having studied the criteria of the formulas for financing higher education abroad, in the context of their distribution into incoming and outgoing indicators. The paper consider the main principles of project financing of higher education are considered. We study principles of financing on the basis of block grants. Allocate the main forms of funding universities in Austria. | |
