PROBLEMS OF JURISDICTION OF CASES OF DEPRIVATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS(2018) ВАРТМАН Лідія ГригорівнаУ даній статті розглянуто правові підстави позбавлення батьківських прав іноземця, проаналізовано чинні для України міжнародні договори, запропоновано шляхи вирішення проблеми встановлення підсудності справ, ускладнених іноземним елементом. Методологічною основою наукового дослідження є матеріали періодичних видань та нормативно-правові акти. Автором відмічено, що внесення змін до законодавства щодо підсудності справ з іноземним елементом стосовно позбавлення батьківських прав дасть змогу матерям та дітям повною мірою реалізувати свої права. This research paper deals with the legal grounds for deprivation of parental rights of a foreigner are analyzed, international treaties that are applicable in Ukraine are analyzed, ways of solving the problem of establishing the jurisdiction of cases complicated by a foreign element are suggested. It was stated that analysis of judicial practice in cases of deprivation of parental rights testifies to a number of problems concerning the procedure for consideration of this category of cases and the lack of a unified approach to their resolution. The foregoing proves the topicality of the scientific study of cases of deprivation of parental rights in civil proceedings.Item ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ПОВЕДІНКИ СПОЖИВАЧА НА ОСНОВІ АНАЛІТИЧНИХ МЕТОДІВ. Проаналізовано сучасний стан електронної комерції в Україні та світі, визначені категорії товарів, що найбільш купують в інтернеті, а також середній чек в кожної категорії товарів, що купуються через онлайн магазини. Визначена частка торгівлі через інтернет в роздрібній торгівлі в різних країнах світу, структура та тенденції розвитку світової електронної комерції в подальшому. Дані рекомендації щодо стратегії для компаній, які планують вихід на міжнародні ринки та збільшення кількості продаж у світі через мережу Інтернет. In the article the methodological aspects and practical recommendations for assessing consumer behavior in the field of ecommerce are presented. he concept and the latest publications in the field of behavioral economics are discussed. The methodological aspects of studying consumer behavior with the help of various analytical methods including both qualitative and quantitative research methods are considered. Also the methods of investigation of the media of the participants that can determine the actual actions of the online consumer. The main results of a research of the organization of account at small business entities are presented in article. Large-scale reforming of a system of accounting and financial statements first of all is caused by significant changes in economy of Ukraine and its entry into the international community. As in the conditions of modern world financial and economic crisis questions of ensuring competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy, development of enterprise activity, in particular at the expense of the sector of small business became aggravated, is one of the most important mechanisms of the solution of this task. INFRASTRUCTURE PROVISION OF MOUNTAINOUS AREAS OF LVIV REGION AND SUBCARPATHIAN VOIVODSHIP(2018) MИЩИШИН Іванна РоманівнаУ статті проведено аналіз тенденцій та стану інфраструктурного забезпечення гірських районів Львівської області (Старосамбірський, Сколівський і Турківський) і Підкарпатського воєводства (Бещадський, Саноцький і Леський повіти). Мета статті – аналіз тенденцій і оцінка інфраструктурного забезпечення гірських територій Львівщини і Підкарпатського воєводства. Результати аналізу показали зростання забезпечення населення цих територій основними інфраструктурними складовими. Водночас поточний рівень інфраструктурного забезпечення гірських територій у порівнянні з середніми показниками по країні і регіонах є невисоким. Запропоновано напрямки розвитку інфраструктури гірських територій цих регіонів. Infrastructure provision is one of the most important factors in the socio-economic development of mountain areas. The level of security and the state of the infrastructure have a significant impact on the development of entrepreneurship and the quality of life of people in mountainous regions. All states that have mountainous regions carry out state policy on the development of mountainous territories or use legally established approaches to solving certain problems. Здійснюється розподіл країн залежно від механізму прямого державного фінансування. Вивчаються критерії формул фінансування вищої освіти закордоном, в контексті їх розподілу на вхідні та вихідні показники. Виділяють основні форми фінансування університетів в Австрії та Данії. В ході дослідження зазначено особливості нового механізму фінансування у Бельгії та Фінляндії. Розглянуто особливості фінансування закладів вищої освіти на основі формули у Франції, Німеччині та Іспанії. The article deals with the financing of higher education in the sonoma of the formula used by foreign countries. It is proved that higher education plays a significant role in the development of the economy and society as a whole. The distribution of countries is based on the mechanism of direct state financing. The paper defines the main methods of financing higher education used in different countries. Having studied the criteria of the formulas for financing higher education abroad, in the context of their distribution into incoming and outgoing indicators. The paper consider the main principles of project financing of higher education are considered. We study principles of financing on the basis of block grants. Піднімається проблематика ідентифікації критеріїв та показників для оцінки можливості виконання завдання аудиторської послуги. The issue of identification of criteria and indicators for assessing the possibility of performing the audit service task is raised. The changes in the content of the concept of "criteria" for carrying out tasks on providing assurance engagement at the level of international standards are considered, as evidenced by changes in practice of their application to the subjects of audit activity.Item
