Abstract
У статті розглянуто кількісні та якісні показники злочинів, пов’язаних із незаконним використанням бюджетних коштів, що вчиняються у сфері будівництва автомобільних доріг. За результатами дослідження сформульовано клю- чові висновки, які характеризують злочини, що вчиняються у сфері будівництва автомобільних доріг. The article discusses the quantitative and qualitative indicators of crimes related to the illegal use of budget funds committed in the construction of roads. According to the results of the study, key provisions have been formulated that characterize crimes committed in the construction of highways.
