Abstract
У статті досліджується поняття «страховий інтерес» як базова категорія страхування, що формалізується у договорі страхування. Пропонується авторське визначення страхового інтересу. The article explores the concept of insurance interest as the basic category of insurance that is formalized in the insurance contract. The author's definition of insurance interest is proposed.
