Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню нормативних підходів у соціальному захисті військовослужбовців в умовах воєнного стану. З’ясовуються положення національного законодавства, що зазнали змін у контексті регламентації додаткових гарантій для осіб, які виконують оборонні завдання із відсічі збройній агресії. The article is devoted to the study of normative approaches in the social protection of servicemen in martial law. Provisions of national legislation that have changed in the context of regulating additional guarantees for persons performing defense tasks to repel armed aggression are being clarified. Emphasis is placed on the relationship between the state of the country’s defense capabilities and the provision of enhanced social protection of servicemen, conscripts or reservists.
