Abstract
В статті досліджено необхідність удосконалення кадрової політики в ОВС України в умовах адміністративної реформи та шляхи реалізації її основних принципів, зроблено акцент на специфіці професійної діяльності працівників ОВС України, яка зумовлює особливі вимоги до їх кадрового забезпечення. In the article the need to improve police personnel policy in Ukraine in terms of administrative reform and ways to implement its basic principles, focuses on the specifics of the professional activity of law enforcement bodies of Ukraine, which makes special demands on their staffing.
