Abstract
Стаття присвячена розкриттю структури та змісту механізму злочинної діяльності, пов’язаної з дитячою порнографією, який містить у собі сукупність дій суб’єкта з підготовки, здійснення та приховування злочинів досліджуваної категорії в їх територіально-часовій послідовності та зв’язку з об’єктом посягання, мотивами та цілями, обстановкою та наслідками таких дій. The article is devoted to the structure and content of the criminal activities mechanism related to the child pornography. This criminal activities mechanism contains the number of acts concerning preparation, realization and concealment of child pornography crimes in their territorial and time succession, motives and objectives, surrounded situation and the consequences of such actions.
