Abstract
В статті досліджуються особливості міжнародного і національного кримінального права Німеччини у регулюванні дії закону в просторі. Аналізуються норми німецького кримінального права та досліджуються доктринальні підходи вчених в зазначеній сфері. In the article the features of international and national criminal law of Germany in the regulation of the law in space. Analyzes the norms of German criminal law and examines the doctrinal approaches of scientists in this area.
