Abstract
У статті автор досліджує податкові спори, зокрема класифікацію таких спорів за різними критеріями. Акцентується увага на шляхах мінімізації податкових спорів та особливостях їх застосування на практиці, також автор розглядає проблему строків в податковому процедурному регулюванні. In article the author investigates tax disputes, in particular, classification of such disputes by various criteria. The attention is focused on ways of minimization of tax disputes and features of their application in practice, also the author considers a problem of terms in tax procedural regulation.
