Abstract
У статті досліджуються проблеми кримінологічного аспекту порушення недоторканності приватного життя. Основні фактори, які сприяють порушенню приватності, розглядаються в їх нерозривному взаємозв’язку та взаємозалежності з розвитком суспільних відносин. Проаналізовано сучасні загрози приватності, пов’язані з нестримним науково-технічним прогресом, появою й розвитком сучасних інформаційних технологій і поступовою глобалізацією сфер суспільного життя. The article deals with the problems of criminological aspects of violation of privacy. The main factors that contribute to violations of privacy are considered in their close connection and dependence on the development of social relations. The authors analyze the privacy threats associated with rapid technological progress, the emergence and development of modern information technology and gradual globalization spheres of social life.
