Abstract
У статті розкрито особливості механізмів охорони й захисту майнових прав сторін у договірних зобов’язаннях щодо купівлі-продажу майна чи майнових прав шляхом аналізу природи попереднього договору купівлі-продажу та договору купівлі-продажу товарів у кредит. Досліджено роль способів забезпечення виконання зобов’язання, а також інституту визнання договорів дійсними в механізмі захисту майнових прав сторін. The article is devoted to features and mechanisms of protection of property rights of the parties in contractual obligations for the purchase and sale of property or property rights by analyzing the nature of preliminary sales contract and the contract of sale of goods on credit. The role of ways to enforce the obligations and institute recognition agreements valid mechanism to protect the property rights of the parties.
