Стаття присвячена розумінню сутності соціальної функції місцевого самоврядування у сфері житлово-комунального господарства. Подано авторське бачення механізму реалізації соціальної функції місцевого самоврядування у сфері житлово-комунального господарства, напрямів реформування його основ. The article is devoted to understanding the nature of the social function of local government in housing-Utilities and finding ways its effective implementation.
