Abstract
Стаття присвячена визначенню поняття й сутності слідчого експерименту, висвітленню актуальних проблем його проведення. Проаналізовано наявні в юридичній літературі точки зору щодо цього питання, визначено загальні ознаки та основні завдання слідчого експерименту. The scientific article is devoted to coverage of the issues of investigative experiment taking into account modern requirements of law-enforcement practice. The author has analyzed existing in the legal literature point of view on this issue and the organizational-preparatory measures for investigative experiment. It is proved that ignoring the preparatory activities to the investigative experiment leads to the superficiality of investigative actions.
