Abstract
У статті досліджено адміністративний контроль і нагляд як адміністративно-правові гарантії прав та свобод громадян в Україні на мирні зібрання, механізм реалізації права на мирні зібрання, конкретизовано їх місце в системі функцій управління та правоохоронної діяльності. In the article administrative control and observation as administrative legal guarantees of rights and freedoms of citizens is investigational in Ukraine on peaceful collections, mechanism of realization of right of peaceful assemblies, their place is specified in the system of functions of management and law-enforcement activity.
