Abstract
У статті розкриваються загальні положення використання спеціальних знань під час розслідування умисних убивств у разі перевищення меж необхідної оборони. Визначено їх пізнавальну сутність і необхідність залучення спеціалістів до процесу розслідування злочинів цієї категорії. The article reveals the general provisions for the use of special knowledge in the investigation of intentional murders in excess of the limits of the necessary defense.
