Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню обстановки як категорії кримінального права. Аналізується структура обстановки й елементи, що її утворюють. Визначається вплив структурних елементів обстановки на її кримінально-правове значення. The article is devoted to the research of the situation as a category of criminal law. The structure of situation and its elements are analyzed. The impact of the structural elements of situation on its criminal law significance is determined.
