Abstract
У статті проведений аналіз поняття «процесуальне документування». Визначено, що процесуальне документування є особливою, загальною категорією і невідривно пов’язане з процесуальною формою цивільного судочинства. Фіксація цивільного процесу є обов’язковою під час документального оформлення процесуальних актів-документів. Фіксування цивільного судочинства технічними засобами сприяє розвитку новітніх технологій у галузі судоустрою і підвищує якість правосуддя. Інформаційні технології в галузі фіксації судового процесу у подальшому викличуть теоретичні зміни у понятті «процесуальна форма цивільного судочинства», а можливо, і змінять її зміст. The article analyzes the concept of procedural documentation. It is indicated that procedural documentation is a special, general category, and which is inextricably linked to the procedural form of civil proceedings. Fixation of civil process is obligatory at documentary registration of procedural acts-documents. Fixing civil legal proceedings in technical ways, contributes to the development of new technologies in the field of judicial organization and improves the quality of justice. Information technology in the field of fixing the trial, in the future, will cause theoretical changes in the concept of the procedural form of civil proceedings, and possibly change its content.
