Abstract
Стаття присвячена виявленню окремих проблемних питань правового регулювання процесуального застосування компетенції прокурором у судовому адміністративному процесі. Встановлено, що зміни компетенції прокурора в оновленому законодавстві про прокуратуру пов’язані не тільки з позбавленням функції загального нагляду, а і з реалізацією функції судово-прокурорського представництва. The article is devoted to somet opical issues of the Prosecutor competence procedural application legal regulation in administrative court process. The change in the competence of the Prosecutor in the amended legisl ation on the Prosecutor’s office arenot only deprived of General supervision, but with the implementation of judicial and prosecutorial of fices.
