У статті розглядаються питання необхідності визначення факторів культурної цінності й вартості орденів, медалей СРСР та України, які є предметом під час учинення злочину, важливі для призначення й проведення мистецтвознавчої експертизи, кваліфікації вчиненого та відшкодування завданих збитків.
