Abstract
Стаття присвячена визначенню відправної наукової концепції «розуміння верховенства права» у цивільному судочинстві з метою подальшого розкриття співвідношення вказаного принципу з принципом законності під час здійснення правосуддя в цивільних справах. The article is devoted to definition of a starting scientific concept of understanding of the rule of law in civil proceedings for the purpose of further disclosure of the correlation of this principle with the principle of legality when administering justice in civil cases.
