Abstract
Стаття присвячена висвітленню проблеми вдосконалення протидії порушенням митних правил щодо об’єктів права інтелектуальної власності. Проаналізовано систему охорони та захисту прав інтелектуальної власності в Україні через повноваження державних органів України у сфері охорони та захисту прав інтелектуальної власності. Досліджено роль і місце Державної фіскальної служби України в такій системі. Висвітлено організаційно-правовий механізм взаємодії митних органів з іншими органами державної влади у сфері захисту права інтелектуальної власності. The article is devoted to the issue of improving the counteraction to the violation of customs rules regarding objects of intellectual property rights. The system of protection and protection of intellectual property rights in Ukraine is analyzed through the powers of state bodies of Ukraine in the field of protection and protection of intellectual property rights. The role and place of the State fiscal service of Ukraine in such a system was explored. The organizational and legal mechanism of interaction of customs bodies with other bodies of state power in the field of protection of intellectual property rights is highlighted.
