Abstract
Статтю присвячено дослідженню основних ознак стандартів, що дають підстави розглядати останні у якості джерел екологічного права України. У роботі проаналізовано поняття «екологічне право», досліджено правову природу екологічних стандартів, визначено їх спільні та відмінні риси з екологічними нормативами. The article is devoted to the study of the main features of the standards, which give grounds for considering environmental standards as part of system of sources of ecological law. The paper describes the concept of “environmental law”. The legal nature of environmental standards have been researched. The author highlights the general and distinctive features of the standard with environmental norms.
