Abstract
У статті проаналізовано сучасний стан здійснення громадського контролю у сфері безпечності промислової продукції в Україні, визначено його основні завдання та представлено законодавчу базу для його здійснення. Автор наводить конкретні приклади діяльності суб’єктів громадського контролю та пропонує шляхи його вдосконалення. The article analyzes the current state of implementation of public control in the field of industrial product safety in Ukraine, defines its main tasks and presents the legislative framework for its implementation. The author gives examples of the activities of subjects of public control and suggests ways to improve it.
