Abstract
Статтю присвячено дослідженню деяких питань щодо сфери застосування принципу добросовісного виконання зобов’язань у міжнародному праві на основі аналізу міжнародних документів та наукових праць учених. The article deals with the research of the certain issues concerning the sphere of application of the principle of performance of obligations in good faith in the international law on the ground of analysis of the international documents and scientific works of scholars.
