Abstract
У статті визначаються проблемні питання визначення органу, на який покладається виконання покарання у виді штрафу, а також доцільність повернення до компетенції Державної виконавчої служби виконання штрафу як додаткового виду покарання. Вносяться пропозиції щодо відповідних змін у чинному кримінально-виконавчому законодавстві. The article defines the problematic issues concerning the determination of the body, which is charged with the execution of a penalty in the form of a fine, as well as the expediency of returning to the competence of the State Bailiffs' Service the execution of a fine, as an additional form of punishment. Proposals on appropriate changes in the current criminal-executive legislation are made.
