Abstract
У статті розглянуто питання реформування публічного управління у сфері містобудування в Україні. Окрему увагу приділено дослідженню проблематики децентралізації повноважень у сфері архітектурно-будівельного контролю. Автором проведений аналіз співвідношення державного архітектурно-будівельного контролю та державного архітектурно-будівельного нагляду. The article examines the issues of public administration reform in the sphere of urban development in Ukraine. Detailed attention is devoted to the study of the issues of decentralization of powers in the field of architectural and construction control. The author carried out the correlation of state architectural and construction control and state architectural and construction supervision.
