Abstract
Статтю присвячено дослідженню специфіки законодавчого регулювання процедури банкрутства в розвинених країнах. На основі проведеного критеріального аналізу наявних моделей правового регулювання неплатоспроможності та банкрутства автором визначено їх переваги та недоліки в сучасних умовах економічного розвитку. The article is devoted to study of specifics of legislative regulation of bankruptcy procedures in developed countries. Based on the critical analysis of existing models of legal regulation of insolvency and bankruptcy the author defines their advantages and disadvantages in modern conditions of economic development.
