Abstract
Статтю присвячено теоретико-правовому дослідженню концепції права на доступ до правосуддя в cистемі прав людини. Розглянуто теоретичні підходи до вивчення цього поняття. Визначено, що з розвитком юридичної науки концепція права на доступ до правосуддя модернізувалася та вийшла за рамки класичного правосуддя. The article is devoted to a theoretical and legal study of the concept of the right to access to justice in the human rights system. The theoretical approach to the Study of this Concept is considered. They determined that from the development of legal science the concept of the right to access to justice was modernized and went beyond classical justice.
