Abstract
У статті проведений аналіз змісту принципу правової визначеності, досліджені особливості та сфера його застосування в практиці Європейського суду з прав людини. Як висновок обґрунтовується необхідність дослідження принципу правової визначеності, оскільки він являє собою сукупність вимог до судового рішення з метою забезпечення стабільного правового положення особи. A legal analysis of the concept and content of the principle of legal certainty, examined the features and the scope of its use in the practice of the European Court of Human Rights. In conclusion, need for legal certainty principle study is justified, as it is a set of requirements to organization of the court decision in order to ensure human stable legal status.
