Abstract
Статтю присвячено проблемам сучасного стану правового регулювання діяльності підрозділів конвойної служби Національної поліції України. Визначено низку проблемних питань, які негативно впливають на ефективність діяльності підрозділів конвойної служби Національної поліції України і потребують нормативного врегулювання. Запропоновано шляхи удосконалення нормативно-правового забезпечення діяльності таких підрозділів. The article is focused on the problems of the current state of legal regulation of the activities of escort service divisions of the National Police of Ukraine. The author has determined a number of problematic issues that negatively affect the effectiveness of the activities of escort service divisions of the National Police of Ukraine and they are to be normatively regulated. The ways of improving regulatory provision of the activities of such divisions have been offered.
