Abstract
У статті проаналізовано основні проблеми, пов’язані з доказовою діяльністю прокурора, в частині оцінки такого виду доказу, як висновок експерта. Співвіднесені між собою два види діяльності: прокурорська і судово-експертна. У статті наведені основні критерії оцінки прокурором висновку експерта, а також висвітлені проблеми, які можуть виникати під час цієї оцінки. Автором також запропоновані шляхи вирішення таких проблем, які полягають у підвищенні професійного рівня і поповненні знань. The article analyzes the main problems associated with the probative activity of the prosecutor, as part of the assessment of this type of evidence, as the expert's conclusion. Two types of activities are correlated: prosecution and forensic experts. The article outlines the main criteria for an expert assessment by the prosecutor, as well as highlights the problems that may arise during this assessment. The author also proposes ways to solve such problems, which consist in improving the professional level and replenishing knowledge.
