Abstract
У статті висвітлено новели Закону України «Про запобігання та протидію домашньому насильству», наведено перелік розділів та статей нового закону, окреслено зміни притягнення до юридичної відповідальності в разі вчинення правопорушень у контексті цього закону. Автором також підкреслена важливість вирішення цієї проблеми з позицій права в аспекті суспільного дисонансу проблеми домашнього насильства. The article highlights the novels of the Law of Ukraine “About the Prevention and Counteraction of Domestic Violence”, there is given a list of sections and articles of the new law, and identified changes to legal liability in the event of offenses in the context of this law. The author also noted the importance of solving this problem from the standpoint of law in the aspect of social dissonance of the problem of domestic violence.
