Abstract
У статті розглядаються дискусійні питання щодо видів освідування як самостійної слідчої (розшукової) дії у світлі Кримінального процесуального кодексу України та можливості його проведення у примусовому порядку. Зосереджується увага на актуальних питаннях визначення кола осіб, які підлягають освідуванню у кримінальному судочинстві України, та аргументується можливість застосування примусу щодо них. The article discusses the discussion issues regarding the types of study as an independent investigative (search) action in the light of the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine and the possibility of conducting it in a compulsory manner. The focus is on topical issues of determining the range of persons subject to criminal prosecution in Ukraine and arguing the possibility of applying coercion towards them.
