Abstract
Розглядаються актуальні питання організації роботи та методика проведення перевірок прокурором із питань додержанням законів під час виконання судових рішень у кримінальних справах, пов’язаних із позбавленням особистої свободи неповнолітніх. Автором визначаються основні питання та мета проведення перевірок за додержанням прав і свобод неповнолітніх під час виконання судових рішень органами прокуратури установ, в яких відбувають покарання неповнолітні. The urgent issues of organization of work and the method of conducting inspections by the prosecutor on issues of observance of laws during execution of judicial decisions in criminal cases connected with deprivation of personal freedom of minors are considered. The author defines the main issues and the purpose of conducting inspections on the observance of the rights and freedoms of minors in the execution of court decisions by the prosecutor’s offices of institutions where juveniles are serving sentences.
