Abstract
Стаття присвячена розгляду поняття інституту спеціальної конфіскації у національному законодавстві у зв’язку з процесами гармонізації та адаптації національного законодавства до стандартів держав-членів ЄС. Встановлено, що спеціальна конфіскація була запроваджена в національне законодавство у ході здійснення євроінтеграційного курсу. This article is devoted to the consideration of the concept of the institute of special confiscation in the national legislation of Ukraine in the light of the processes of harmonization and adaptation of the national legislation to the EU standards.
