Abstract
У статті проаналізовано іноземний досвід правового регулювання витрат, пов’язаних із розглядом публічно-правових спорів в адміністративних судах, та виявлення заходів, що можуть бути закріплені у вітчизняному законодавстві та позитивно вплинути на механізм нарахування, сплати, розподілу цих витрат. З’ясовано, що під час розгляду публічно-правових спорів у країнах Європейського Союзу та країнах пострадянського простору використовується термін «процесуальні витрати». The article analyzes the foreign experience of legal regulation of costs associated with the consideration of public law disputes in administrative courts, and identifies measures that can be enshrined in domestic law and positively affect the mechanism of accrual, payment, distribution of these costs. It was found that when considering public law disputes in the European Union and post-Soviet countries; such a term as procedural costs is used.
