Abstract
Стаття присвячена аналізу наукових підходів щодо визначення сутності організації і тактики огляду місця вбивства військовослужбовців у період проведення бойових дій. Розглянуто проблему формування криміналістичної теорії організації і тактики огляду місця події при розслідуванні вбивства військовослужбовців у період проведення бойових дій. Підкреслено практичне значення вказаної характеристики в організації розслідування вбивства військовослужбовців у період проведення бойових дій, у побудові методичних рекомендацій із досудового розслідування цієї групи кримінальних правопорушень. З урахуванням наукових здобутків криміналістики і результатів нашого дослідження, спираючись на усталений поділ, огляд місця події запропоновано проводити у три етапи (підготовчий, робочий, заключний). The article is devoted to the analysis of scientific approaches to determining the essence of the organization and tactics of inspection of the place of killing of servicemen during hostilities. The problem of formation of the criminological theory of the organization and tactics of inspection of a scene at investigation of murder of servicemen, during carrying out of military operations is considered. The practical significance of this characteristic in the organization of the investigation of the murder of servicemen during the hostilities, in the construction of methodological recommendations for the pre-trial investigation of this group of criminal offenses is emphasized. Taking into account the scientific achievements of criminology and taking into account the results of our study, based on the established division, the review of the scene is proposed to be conducted in three stages (preparatory, working, final).
