Abstract
У статті висвітлюються основні консультаційні форми використання спеціальних знань під час розслідування злочинів, пов’язаних із кримінальним банкрутством. Основну увагу зосереджено на характеристиці консультаційних форм, а саме – усної та письмової форм, що застосовуються в процесі розслідування злочинів. Під час проведеного аналізу визначено, що організація використання спеціальних знань є комплексом управлінських, методичних, тактичних і кримінально- процесуальних засобів, прийомів і методів, спрямованих на розв’язання завдань кримінального судочинства в процесі розслідування кримінального банкрутства. The article highlights the main consultative forms of using special knowledge in the investigation of crimes related to criminal bankruptcy. The main focus is on the characteristics of consultation forms, namely oral and written forms used in the investigation of crimes. In the course of the analysis it was determined that the organization of the use of special knowledge is a set of managerial, methodical, tactical and criminal procedure tools, techniques and methods aimed at solving the problems of criminal proceedings in the investigation of criminal bankruptcy.
