Abstract
Стаття присвячена порівняльно-правовому аналізу нормативних актів, які регулюють порядок вирішення спорів міжнародним арбітражем. У статті розглянуто сфери застосування основних конвенцій із вирішення спорів міжнародним арбітражем, зокрема Конвенції про виконання іноземних арбітражних рішень від 1958 року, Європейської конвенції про зовнішньоторговельний арбітраж від 1961 року, Міжамериканської конвенції про міжнародний комерційний арбітраж від 1975 року. This article is devoted to a comparative legal analysis of regulations that govern the procedure for resolving disputes by international arbitration. The article discusses the scope of application of the main conventions for the settlement of disputes by international arbitration, such as the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards of 1958, the European Convention on International Commercial Arbitration of 1961, the Inter-American Convention on International Commercial Arbitration of 1975.
