Abstract
У статті проаналізовано окремі питання електронного правосуддя в цивільних справах з урахуванням національного та європейського досвіду. Акцентовано увагу на визначенні електронного правосуддя згідно з рекомендаціями Комітету міністрів Ради Європи CM/Rec (2009) державам – учасницям Ради Європи з електронної демократії від 18 лютого 2009 року для важливості подальшого змістовного та сутністного аналізу певних національних механізмів та стану системи електронного правосуддя в національній правовій системі, в тому числі з розгляду цивільних спорів. The article analyzes some issues of e-justice in civil cases, taking into account national and European experience. Emphasis is placed on the definition of e-Justice in accordance with the recommendations of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe CM / Rec (2009) 1 to the member states of the Council of Europe on e-Democracy of 18 February 2009 for the importance of further substantive and substantive analysis of certain national mechanisms and e-justice legal system, including the consideration of civil disputes.
