Abstract
У публікації досліджуються проблеми утвердження та розвитку системи конституційного права в контексті процесів систематизації права із часів Античності до сучасності. Обґрунтовується положення про те, що багатоаспектна система конституційного права у XXI ст. відображує в собі особливості генезису теоретичних уявлень про систему права загалом та її застосування в правотворчій, правозастосовній і правосудній практиці у Західній цивілізації. The publication examines the problems of approval and development of the system of constitutional law in the context of the processes of systematization of law from antiquity to the present. The position that the multifaceted system of constitutional law in the XXI century is substantiated. reflects the peculiarities of the genesis of theoretical ideas about the legal system as a whole and its application in law-making, law enforcement and justice in Western civilization.
