Abstract
В статті проаналізовано адміністративно-правовий статус суб’єктів у сфері реалізації права інтелектуальної власності. Визначено, що адміністративно-правовий статус суб’єкта відноситься до галузевого правового статусу і стосується статусу особи у сфері публічного управління. The article analyzes the administrative and legal status of subjects in the field of intellectual property right implementation. It is determined that the administrative and legal status of the subject belongs to the sectoral legal status and refers to the status of a person in the field of public administration.
