Abstract
Стаття присвячена теоретико-правовому аналізу проблем законодавчого забезпечення взаємодії влади та інститутів громадянського суспільства в екологічній сфері. Автор аналізує зв’язок цих проблем зі становленням громадянського суспільства в Україні. Звернено увагу на сутність категорії «законодавче забезпечення», що дало змогу комплексно систематизувати й розглянути проблемні аспекти співпраці влади та громадськості в екологічній сфері. Детально досліджено ознаки законодавчих засобів забезпечення взаємодії в означеній сфері. The article is devoted to the theoretical and legal analysis of the problems of legislative support of interaction between the authorities and civil society institutions in the environmental sphere. The author analyzes the connection of these problems with the development of civil society in Ukraine. Attention was drawn to the essence of the category “legislative support”, which made it possible to comprehensively systematize and consider the problematic aspects of cooperation between the authorities and the public in the environmental sphere. Signs of legislative means of ensuring cooperation in the specified field are investigated in detail. This allowed the author to draw conclusions about their role in the methodology of cooperation, in particular regarding the specific ways and forms of building green governance in Ukraine.
