Abstract
Стаття присвячена аналізу соціально-страхових правовідносин у сфері загальнообов’язкового державного соціального страхування. Наведено поняття соціально-страхових правовідносин та зроблено акцент на наявності таких правовідносин у сфері загальнообов’язкового державного соціального страхування. Наголошено на участі в ролі сторони соціально-страхових правовідносин Фонду соціального страхування України. Визначено нормативне регулювання соціально-страхових правовідносин, які складаються із Закону України «Про загальнообов’язкове державне соціальне страхування», Закону України «Про збір та облік єдиного внеску на загальнообов’язкове державне соціальне страхування». Проаналізовано права та обов’язки Фонду соціального страхування України за чинним законодавством. The article is devoted to the analysis of social insurance legal relations in the field of compulsory state social insurance. The concept of social insurance legal relations is given and emphasis is placed on the existence of such legal relations in the field of compulsory state social insurance. Emphasized on the participation, as a party of social insurance legal relations, of the Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine. The statutory regulation of social-insurance legal relations, which consist of the Law of Ukraine “On compulsory state social insurance”, the Law of Ukraine “On collection and accounting of a single contribution to compulsory state social insurance”, is defined. The rights and obligations of the Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine under the current legislation are analyzed. The sources of formation of funds of the Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine are emphasized.
